Screwed up in worship today! :(
First, Cheryl overslept so she came 45 mins late. And she had a sorethroat so she couldn't hit the high notes all the time.
So i started practicing "with all i am" first as that is the only one i know how to sing.
Then in midst of singing Cheryl came so we quickly started. BUT... ashley (dunno how to spell ashley as a guy's name) and jerald didn't know the songs also so they had to practice it on the keyboard first. The guitarist and drummer also didn't know how to play.
Then time was up so worship started. Cheryl prayed that everything would go smoothly. As we sang, we didn't go out of tune so that was good. But cuz we didn't have enough time to practice, all the songs were short....
Then after finished leading sat down and my eyes started watering up but lucky tears didn't come down..
Cheryl was also feeling dissappointed.
I WISHED WE DIDN'T SCREW UP!!!!
anyway, thanks ryan for comforting me! you rock! :D and remember your promise to lead with me next time ah... haha
